About returns and cancellations
・We do not accept returns, cancellations, or size changes after your order is completed.
Please check before ordering.

・After receiving the product, we cannot accept exchanges, cancellations, or returns due to reasons such as a different image.
We cannot accept any.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item

Please send photos within one week.
If more than a week has passed, you will not be able to exchange it.
We will bear the shipping charges incurred during exchange.
We cannot accept exchanges in the following cases.

・Products that are not eligible for return or exchange, such as sale items, outlet items, or pre-order items.

About refunds

・If you paid by credit card, you will need to cancel the credit card payment.
